Just ugly and for the second time. Thought the first time it was just a bad day

Perhaps you should consider employing staff who can speak German and who don't have to spell out or repeat every second word ....

As they say, FINGERLICKIN' GOOD! Food is good. Nice outdoor sitting space. Plenty of room inside. Pretty clean toilets. Nice place to be. The food was very quivk and okay, and it is also very nice that they use glass cups instead of paper cups with plastic tops. (y)

Staff super friendly, make an effort. Food is mostly okay too. Shop is very modern.

Good protective measures are also observed. The food is good!

I ordered and picked up my order at the drive-in. Waiting time has been a long time. Quality great !!!

Delicious and fast served at the drive in. Unfortunately a sauce was forgotten, salt and butter for corn was also forgotten. A couple of refreshing towels to clean your hands after dinner would have been nice too.

Staff speaks bad German, so the mask adds to it. Food could have been warmer and you only take part in voucher campaigns to a limited extent. It's already the second time, that's why it was done for me!

Very satisfied. Clean no mess lying around toilet is also okay.

Good deals, food is served relatively quickly. I think it's a shame and I'm sad that we are not allowed to eat inside at the tables.

As KFC Newbees, we were given very friendly and patient advice. By pointing out special offers and menu combinations, we've saved a lot of money compared to our original order. We were all fed up and it was delicious too. We would like to come again.

The chicken tastes good there. You get to use proper dishes which for fast food restaurant is something different. Its pricey. Expect to pay more then you would in other fast food chains. But the staff is rude.

The blond waiter on the desk was awfull, don't want to talk in english even if we are tourist. Scream on us in german, really unpolite, no help to choose, bad experience. Shame on her! Change job or take english lessons. Food was OK.

Usual KFC food, but it's annoying that when you take it with you in the drive thru there is almost always something missing in the bag and the size of the fries is a bad joke! At Mc D., the small fries are more than the big ones!

Nice friendly staff. Everything was very clean. Tables, seats and floors. The cleaning staff was also very nice and helpful. You can sit outside on two sides. Plenty of portions. Daughter, wife and I are very satisfied.

I ate there three times and had gastrointestinal problems three times. And my wife too. We have eaten in other KFC branches - exactly the same - without any problems.

Is that supposed to be the normal fries? No wonder you are sent to refill your drink while it is still packing! And that in advance: No, I will not go back!

The best KFC in Augsburg! The place is new, very clean and the food is always fresh

Food is good. (But still fast-food quality obviously) nice outdoor sitting space. Plenty of room inside. Pretty clean toilets. Staff wasn't very motivated nor do they give off a good vibe. ( Only one day, so might be better than I experienced) overall a 4star

It's not the best food in Town

Very clean amd cozy KFC. They even have a fireplace!

Cleaned places but very disappointing service. Very long, very very expensive for 1 burger and some chickens crispy (+20€) Be careful they don’t accept any credit card like visa or MasterCard only EC or cash. That is shameful for a fast food like KFC. A smile sometimes would be good. Better go to macdonalds 500m away

Bad service, not abel to pay with foreign visa card that work in rest of Germany fine, food was barely OK, tables very dirty.. Order not completed vorst KFC that I ever visited ?
